What is the mental health? Mental health embraces emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It has an effect on thinking, feeling, and acting. It also helps to define how people handle stress and make choices. Mental health is momentous through the stages of life, from childhood and adolescence via adulthood. In the life, if someone experience mental health problems, it has an effect on thinking, behaviour, and mood. Many causes contribute to mental health problems, containing: Life experiences, for instance abuse or trauma Family history of mental health problems Biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry (https://www.mentalhealth.gov) Mental health problems have very high rates of prevalence; they are often of long duration, and have adverse effects on many areas of people’s lives, including educational performance, employment, income, personal relationships and social participation; ( Promoting mental health and preventing mental illness) It would seem that mental health problems may smash lives, generally starting at an early age and they have an impact on colleagues, families, communities and simply on the economy.
